I carved my first stamp. It was way easier than I thought it would be. I’ve wanted to do this for ages and ages…it was just a matter of finding the right eraser. The best ones make horrible erasers – but great for carving into stamps! These are tiny…the images are less than an inch…gotta find some bigger erasers…

Would you like to carve a stamp? All I did was draw a little picture on the eraser and carve away the negative space with a craft knife (exacto knife). Easy peasy, it took maybe five minutes a stamp. If you’d like more detailed instructions this stamp-carving tutorial would be helpful… this one too! Happy Crafting!!
Before I go I wanted to point out my new "follower" button on the right - see it? I've been told that it is annoying that I didn't have one and I don't want to annoy anyone - hehe!
I love these! So stinkin' cute. Have you been on a crafting frenzy? You go girl!
ReplyDeleteYou make me wish I could draw! (even stick figures have me flummoxed) but if I could manage to eek out something cute, and easy, I would so do this with you!
