This is one of my favorite things in the whole world to eat!!! I was at a lovely wedding this weekend and this was served. It is called Kransekage or Danish Wedding Cake.
My aunt made this one – it is so yummy!!! The wedding took place on a Paddle Boat… 
And we had a four hour ride on the Mississippi…wonderful views the whole way… while on the river…
And before we got on…
I felt very special to have been invited as it was a truly special event!
